Virgin adds flights to Bali

Virgin Australia has announced an extra six flights a week to Denpasar from Australia’s east coast. From December 19, the airline will add an extra weekly service from Brisbane, two extra services from Sydney and a further three weekly services from Melbourne. The additional flights will be timed to complement existing services and will add more than 1,000 seats to Bali per week.

Virgin Australia said it has added the flights, which will be operated by two-class 737-800s, to meet growing demand. “Bali receives more than 2.8 million Australian visitors each year.
